Aspirus At Home in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a MANAGER OF OPERATIONS to join our field team!
The Manager of Operations for home health and hospice will serve as the operational leader for our home health and hospice business office, provide oversight and leadership to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction, and create a work experience that engages our team members in ways that lead to high levels of retention and satisfaction for the work they do. The Manager will work collaboratively with other leaders within Home Health and Hospice to integrate home health and hospice services into the overall array of services offered within Aspirus and to manage the health of the populations we serve.
HOURS: Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.

Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred. Degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
- Three or more years of home health and/or hospice experience is required.
- Ability to lead a team of high performing home health leaders and staff.
- Ability to collaborate, engage, and work effectively with staff, Aspirus colleagues and members of the community leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Ability to travel to patient/client homes to provide patient/client care and other office locations
