Reporting to the Director of Partner Activation, the Manager will oversee the sponsorship fulfillment of our B2B partnerships while supporting the development and management of new strategic partner prospects that drive business growth. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship agreements, managing all aspects of fulfillment, meeting client needs, and maintaining great partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B relationship management, white-glove experience in special events activation and client hosting, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment. Essential Functions
  • Account Servicing:
    • Manage day-to-day maintenance and fulfillment of AEG's B2B partnership agreements. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • a) fulfillment of all elements in accounts, including static & OOH signage, social/digital, and hospitality packages such as ticket banks, special events, experiences, promotions, etc.,
    • b) development of new and exciting concepts that add value for partners to help provide maximum return on investment
    • c) participation in renewal process to ensure elements are enhanced or revised as needed, and revenue goal is met
    • d) preparation and completion of meeting agendas and partnership recaps promptly, and ensure all partner goals and objectives are met
    • e) troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Contractual Obligations:
    • Monitor the Company's compliance with the obligations outlined in various agreements for partners.
    • Proactively engage with each partner to fulfill obligations as well as explore additional opportunities for activation.
    • Coordinate internally with various departments and stakeholders to communicate partner obligations and fulfillment strategies.
  • Customer Service:
    • Receive incoming inquiries and manage requests from corporate partners and activation leads.
    • Build and sustain positive relationships with partners through direct and indirect communication.
    • Ensure requests from partners are fulfilled while maintaining consistency with the guidelines outlined in AEG's policies and procedures manual, as updated from time to time.
  • Event Management:
    • Serve as primary Client Service/Activation contact during assigned events.
    • Assume leadership role by preparing partner activation fulfillment as well as resolving any partner issues or complaints to successfully manage the overall experience for corporate partners.
  • General Administration:
    • Maintain various databases and reports including, but not limited to:
    • a) partner contact information
    • b) partner checklists and tracking sheets
    • c) CRM marketing lists.
  • Administer and ensure follow-up of any messages sent to or from partners. This includes emails, phone calls, and mobile text messages.
  • Execute important partner correspondence (i.e., letters, policies, and procedures).
  • Maintain event calendar for regular distribution to partners. Maintain event files for each concert/special event.
  • Maintain partner files. Coordinate and lead meetings, as necessary.
  • Ensure that Director, Partnership Activation is kept abreast of all activities relating to corporate clients through established reporting procedures.
  • Attend sponsor/partner functions and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 4-6 years Related work experience
  • Customer service-related experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Proven background in developing, closing, and maintaining strategic advertising accounts.
  • Excellent at relationship building and people skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be fully capable and proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn other required business systems.
  • Strong skills in creating sponsorship deck and meeting presentations on Microsoft PPT.
  • Familiarity with utilizing company inventory and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and can work independently without the need for supervision.

  • Available to travel (up to 10% of workload). Some travel may include flight travel and may range from 1-3 days or more at a time.
  • Regular attendance and adherence to AEG's standards, as established by AEG from time to time, are essential for this role. Due to the entertainment industry's cyclical nature,, the employee may be required to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends to meet business needs.
  • Ability to handle minor lifting and load/unload merchandise.
Pay Scale: $77,108 - $82,108 AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside their normal description.
