Summary:
Manages all aspects of revenue cycle related to coding and audits for the Ambulatory Division. This includes all provider pro-fee coding, claim submission, coding denials/edits, coding auditing, and coding education for multi-specialty physicians, non-physician providers and coding/auditing staff to assure compliance. Provides direct oversight and system-wide support services to ensure that revenue maximization is facilitated, coordinated, and integrated across the revenue cycle continuum to enhance patient care and secure reimbursement. Supports financial operations to ensure effective follow-up and optimal processing of all claims to comply with established policies procedures and time standards. Monitors, creates, and analyzes applicable reports with financial and compliance data.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
Essential:
* Five years of related experience which includes 2 years of auditing experience.

Credentials:
* Certified Professional Coder through AAPC.
* Special Training: CPT, HCPCs, ICD10 Coding, Professional Fee Coding, Auditing, and Education.
