What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for providing support and leadership to the execution of the North America Supply Chain master data quality program. Responsibilities include:
  • Champion of the quality of product master data across all systems
  • Lead and contribute to strategic and tactical initiatives as they relate to product master data quality.
  • Own the master data incident management process including user training, compliance, and metrics tracking. (MARIO)
  • Build and improve master data partnerships with IT, business partners, stakeholders, and data operations.
  • Partner with the Data Excellence Project Management & Innovation team on transversal initiatives
  • Own the master data operating model update and animation processes.
  • Define Formal Training Curriculum and Support of Cosmo code creation process.
  • Report Development for Master data insights
  • E2E Process Excellence including evaluation, case for change, solution, and implementation.
  • Support Neo readiness and other master data projects.
  • Document and communicate best practices and standards.
  • Perform complex data analysis in support of data quality or program initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA and MDM methodologies
  • Ability to learn internal systems such as Elixpedia and DPM/Cosmo
  • Strong analytic skills-experience with SQL or other query tool a big plus

  • GCP knowledge, SQL knowledge, Building queries, Power Bi experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present data, results, and solutions to management and above.
