Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Manager, Quality shall coordinate and manage system-wide efforts to ensure that quality improvement projects are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. The position will assure that system-wide quality improvement initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. The Manager will participate in departmental strategic planning; as well as to provide leadership and coordination for improving the organization's clinical regulatory programs initiating targeted quality improvement teams when facility data reflects opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement quality/performance measures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum five years of experience in Quality is preferred. Pursuing certification is encouraged.
