COMPENSATION

Salary Range- $81,780-$116,074 (Grade F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be directly involved in supporting the development of critical Capital Projects related to NYCT facilities, yards, stations and other assets; will coordinate and integrate Engineering and Operating input into the development of Master Plans/ Baseline into Capital Project Designs; will represent Engineering at coordination and progress meetings to ensure compliance lo Engineering directions and recommendations; will oversee the review, revision and approval of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for various assets; will coordinate the closeout of Capital Projects, including the scheduling of inspections, create and resolve punch lists, review, revise and ultimately approve Beneficial Use and Final Acceptance Certificates and ensure the proper submittal of As-Built Drawings; will attend status meetings and make recommendations; will create and maintain database of projects, connects and correspondences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering or satisfactory equivalent along with 8 years of full time related experience and 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Managerial experience and knowledge and experience of large-scale capital construction projects.
