Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Associate (or Manager) of Strategic Business Initiatives. This role will work especially with senior leaders of Business Development, Product, Partner Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain to identify, shape, and drive execution of cross-cutting strategic initiatives across those organizations as well as facilitate collaboration with other functions (e.g., Marketing, IT, Finance, HR). Examples include supporting product feature prioritization, product go-to-market strategies, partnership deal structure analyses, resource planning, and cost-out opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Help shape and facilitate cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives that are ELT priorities for ADT's growth.
• Contribute insights and strategic considerations to support product, partner, or other key business decisions.
• Identify and drive improvements to operational processes that are high priority for product roadmap realization, market scale-up, partnership value realization, or margin optimization.
• Support partnership negotiations as needed, including completing analyses, compiling external benchmarks, or gathering internal requirements.
• Demonstrate innovation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or another relevant field (e.g., MBA) is strongly preferred.
• 4-5 years of business experience, with at least 2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house corporate strategy functions.
• Track record of meaningful contributions strategic initiative development and implementation, especially as related to digital/technology transformation, cost rationalization, process optimization, product expansions, and/or user growth acceleration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to craft clear frameworks to assess opportunities and challenges. Can harness multi-source and disparate data for analyses.
• Strong executive-audience communication and cross-functional stakeholder leadership skills.
