Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, goal orientated Digital Tools Lead to join our Supply Chain Supplier Performance and Tools team. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to align requirements, integrate and maintain enterprise solutions to support a strategic initiatives. The Digital Tools Lead will help identify needs, best practices and methods to approach new technology integration. This role requires someone with proven experience with digital tools and possesses analytical as well as project management skills. The candidate must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously throughout the organization. The Digital Tools Lead will be involved in recording and evaluating requirements, tracking multiple teams progress.

Duties Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support Supply Chain Digital transformational projects in partnership with Enterprise and Digital Technology Services
• Coordinate program management process activities including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations
• Assessing, documenting, and tracking new project requirements
• Support the in resource leveling, planning and analysis
• Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings, documentation and distribution of minutes and action items, and tracking action items for successful completion
• Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
• Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
• Assist in document creation including deliverables, training materials, proposals and reports

Skills (Required):

• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives
• Strong analytic and communication skills to help document processes, policies, and job aids
• Project management skills required
• Experience supporting digital tools

• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Combining technical acumen with clear communication and stakeholder engagement to identify requirements, and manage tradeoffs
• Bachelor's Degree with preferred concentrations in Supply Chain and/or Business Management
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Skills (Desired):

• Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools as well as direct work experience in a project management capacity
• Ability to professionally interact with senior level personnel
• Supporting a communications and change plan to reach targeted stakeholders/audiences
• Master's Degree with preferred concentrations in Supply Chain and/or Business Management
