Purpose Statement

The Manager, Supply Chain Finance is a finance business partner role providing timely and sound financial reporting, financial planning, and decision support and insight to Procurement and CS&L Business Leaders and Finance to ensure long term profitable growth. You will work with Supply Chain leaders providing support in strategic planning process and key Supply Chain initiatives.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Development of accurate financial models, based upon realistic assumptions to support business needs
  • Financial process owner within Procurement and CS&L
  • Provide decision support by turning financial data into business insights when evaluating current performance, future forecast and new business opportunities.
  • Lead analysis and forecasting as part of monthly S&OP
  • Provide financial analysis and manage approval process of savings initiatives to ensure defined criteria is met and benefits are impacting P&L
  • Improve supplier master data and spend classification reporting (diversity, sustainability, contracted vs. off contract, preferred supplier, etc.) by leveraging spend analytics tool and partnering with indirect category leaders
  • Capital Spending support- ensure properly supported business case is developed for growth capital requests.
  • People manager who develops finance team skills & competencies, ensure associates are trained and utilizing systems and business tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle BI, etc.) as appropriate to perform their job.
  • Finance Liaison link with USC Finance, Corporate Cost accounting, and Supply Chain & other functions


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant financial experience or 5 years with MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Sales & marketing and/or manufacturing experience preferred
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$105,772.82 - $158,659.23
