The Pixel Watch Hardware team works on shaping the future of Pixel Watch devices and services through advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics, including bringing together Google's artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to create transformative experiences for users across the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead a distributed team of technical program managers working cross-functionally to get products defined, designed, built, and tested on time, while meeting schedule, cost, feature, and quality requirements.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Operations teams, to drive alignment that enables predictable program execution.
  • Create clarity, bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams, bridge seamless communication between the involved contributing teams, and drive weekly leadership status with clear risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Serve and lead as a mentor, formally or informally, to coach and support cohesive culture among the team.
  • Identify and manage program risks, with mitigation plans and contingencies, and develop and lead corrective actions to address organizational challenges.
