Manager, TES Integration and Reports Solutions

We are currently seeking a Manager, TES Integration and Reports Solutions to join our team.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for leading a team that works with Insperity Traditional Employment Solutions (TES) clients to design, implement, and support integration workflows and technologies leveraging file-based, API, SSO & emerging integration methods. Manages the design and development of complex reporting using a variety of reporting tools including the embedded Client Report Writer and System Report Templates for TES client reports in isolved People Cloud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and manages the TES Integration & Report Development team in defining the integration and report development strategy and methodology including staying abreast of new technology and industry standards to ensure the integration strategy and report development are performing at levels to best serve clients and internal partners.

• Manages and evangelizes the integration and report development methodology with TES teams and across the organization. Manages the process to ensure the team is effectively utilizing the tools.

• Focuses on improving operational efficiency through integration with ownership of process documentation and ongoing internal and client education.

• Provides initial and continued training for all TES Report Developers. Develops and implements training plans and classes to positively impact reporting performance and efficiency.

• Ensures team keeps stakeholders informed of potential new integrations or reports, changes or upgrades including prospect demo availability, documentation, and client/service communication.

• Delivers accurate and timely integrations and reporting requests and related services that result in client retention, growth and satisfaction. Places high emphasis on external and internal customer service.

• Measures, analyzes, and reports on performance, utilization, and quality output from the team.

• Works with the TES Performance Consultants to create initial and continued training for the team. Develops and implements training plans and classes to ensure performance and efficiency.

• Develops and maintains procedures, resources, job aids and best practices documentation for internal and external clients.

• Serves as a leader in the report development team by leading efforts in problem solving, offering solutions and mentoring on strategy of assigned work for all TES Report Developers.

• Supports process and audit efforts to ensure integrity and accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

• Incorporates departmental guidelines and expectations into daily functions.

• Proactively builds inclusive and collaborative relationships with teams and peers across departments to solve complex problems and achieve common goals.

• Works with multiple subject matter experts to interpret and analyze complex data, make decisions and communicate in a way that connects people, tasks and resources to achieve business objectives.

• Develops and executes department plans with goals that measure individual and team performance.

• Sets expectations and metrics for achieving goals. Creates KPIs and monitors progress to achieve high standards of excellence.

• Recognizes and clarifies the need for change across the team. Leads team to embrace change through inclusion and focus on common purpose.

• Takes accountability to implement change through intentional communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related discipline with major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or equivalent disciplines is required.

• Ten or more years of demonstrated experience with system integrations or report writing is required.

• Ability to develop, coach and train on the culture, team and job expectations, developing business acumen and clear understanding of business objectives.

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

• Managerial presence, responsible for day-to-day operations of a team with different specialized skillsets.

• Understanding of HCM software and reporting solutions is required.

• Proven leadership, relationship, and change management skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicts and problems constructively.

• Ability to lead and motivate a staff to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems.

• Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing and maintains effective work relations with those met in the course of employment.

• Excellent customer skills and organizational skills, ability to learn new concepts quickly.

• Strategic thinker with demonstrated competency in analytical and technical skills.

• Capable self-starter able to work independently, be innovative and actively seek new or better methods of competence.

• Creation of a positive work environment with a sense of urgency directed toward the success of team members.

• High level of knowledge in payroll and report writing systems with problem solving/logic ability.

• Knowledge of integration with third party applications.

• Proven analytical and statistical skills and demonstrates a sense of urgency directed toward the provision of innovative, successful solutions for specific products and product lines. Actively drives continuous improvement.

• Communicates professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintains effective work relations with those met in the course of employment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Travels up to 5% of time
