Manager-Ambulatory Services - Neurology

Position Description:
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift

To attain goals, set objectives and ensure plans and policies are implemented for established ambulatory area(s) of responsibility with scope score range of 2 but less than 3 as defined in the UAB Medicine Nurse Manager Recruitment and Retention Plan. To ensure that the services provided are delivered within established quality and financial standards

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five (5) years of related experience, two (2) years of which are nursing leadership, required. Work experience may not substitute for education requirement.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Current Alabama RN license required. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment. ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required based upon clinic need. If required, must be obtained within six (6) months of employment.
