HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

North Highland is seeking to hire a Manager - Client Lead Consultant to help our Public Sector Clients solve their needs.

YOU WILL:
  • Oversee projects within the Texas account, including client relationships, project budgets, and reviewing reports in Workday, PowerBI, and Salesforce for account hygiene.
  • Guide teams in the development of impactful deliverables for multiple work streams that create long-term change for some of the world's most exciting brands.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders that support ongoing projects and open the door to growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for quality excellence in project deliverables and work products that create value for the client.
  • Lead day-to-day interactions with the client team at all levels, including building and managing relationships with project sponsors and executive leadership.
  • Support the local Austin office in business development pursuits within areas of expertise .
  • Play a central role in your team's growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 6+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of State Agency/Public Sector experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in Program/Project Management and the ability to establish credibility with clients, create value, and deliver desired business outcomes at scale through its practice.
  • Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunity/funnel management.
  • Strong Risk Management experience.
  • Experience with developing public sector procurements including requirements development, market scans, supporting RFP issuance.
  • The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility.
  • Experience developing proposals that successfully drive clients to choose a business solution.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
  • Demonstrated success managing teams while fostering high performance.
  • Must be local to the Austin Metro Area; Hybrid Work Week - 2 to 3 days in office;
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.
