Summary

The Manager-Pharmacy Business Services oversees pharmacy revenue integrity, including assistance with the oversight of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, while abiding by the the administrative regulations, policies and values of HSHS. Provides a broad range of assistance and support to the System Director-Pharmacy. Partners with key stakeholders in Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Analytics and Finance to establish, maintain, monitor and improve business practices that maximize savings and ensure appropriate reimbursement on high cost pharmaceuticals. Responsible for leading all system and local hospital 340B analysts to ensure compliance and identify areas for expansion to serve the maximum number of patients.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy or related field is required.

High school diploma/GED plus 5 years working as pharmacy or revenue cycle analyst may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

3 years of experience in pharmacy financial and/or business operations is required.

3 years of supervisory/team lead experience is required; 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience may be considered.

2 years of 340B Program experience is required.
