Summary
Plan, direct or coordinate medical services in office and clinical setting. Responsible for the day-to-day on-site running of the assigned area of service. Primary duty includes managing two to three departments, specialties and clinics and regularly directing the work of assigned areas.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required.
Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field plus 3 years of specific, relevant experience as a clinical leader may be considered in lieu of degree.
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of specific, relevant experience as a clinical leader may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 years of experience in a clinic setting is required. 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience or equivalent is required.
