Description

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of the Plant Operations staff. Under the general supervision of the Director of Facility Services is responsible for the overall management of the infrastructure, utilities, maintenance operations and capital projects. Assist with the developing and managing the Plant Operations capital and operating budget. Emergency Management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Experience in a maintenance specialty area required preferably in a hospital setting. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience in the use of Microsoft required.

Required License/Certifications:

Current NC licensure required in one of the following trades: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
