An employer is looking for a highly skilled Managing Director to join a recently acquired Accounting Services organization. In this role you'll be joining a team of 20 and working to lead an office of 15 in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, and a team of 5 working within the Charlotte, NC metro area. In order to be successful in this role you must have leadership level experience working within the accounting / financial space, and have experience with high level account growth and business development in order to expand their client base. This company recently acquired these entities, therefore prior experience with mergers and acquisitions and redefining operational processes will help you succeed in this role. Prior experience at the controller of CFO level will help you see success on this team as well. This organization does not offer tax services, but does provider other accounting, bookkeeping and financial services.

- Prior leadership experience particularly within the finance and accounting space
- High level business development experience
- Experience managing cohesion and processes as companies come together, particularly from a merger or acquisition
- Ability to go into the Dallas / Fort Worth office 2x/week
- Ability to travel to the Charlotte, NC office on occasion

- Prior experience working as a controller of CFO
