CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to apply

Torin Consulting is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) with 3+ level Mandarin language skills to support a fast-paced office producing real-world, real-time results. TDNA will serve as an interdisciplinary leader, providing operational guidance and research and analysis on industry, infrastructure, technologies, and geographic areas with direct impacts on US national security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing target packages and assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified/unclassified and open source information.
• Conducting multi-source intelligence research and creating analytic packages.
• Experience with SIGINT reporting and collection and knowledge of Sponsor specific tools and methodologies. Ability to translate Mandarin text.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ reading and 3+ speaking abilities in Mandarin.
• Applicants must have prior IC experience and understand how to research, write and analyze using community proprietary targeting tools and databases, as well as the aptitude to quickly learn unfamiliar tools.
• Applicants must be familiar with Sponsor writing styles and USG classified databases, to include specific targeting tools, sources and methods.
• Strong briefing and writing skills are a must.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+years of relevant IC work experience.
• Sound judgment and irreproachable integrity.
• Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities and plan and organize tasks independently.
• Work independently with minimal daily direction and be a team player.
• Ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges.
