Volt is immediately hiring for Manual Lathe Machinist in Beverly, MA.

As a Manual Lathe Machinist you will:

• Set up and operate manual lathes machines - not CNC's.
• Have experience with Engine lathe and Bridgeport mill, Radial Arm Drill and horizontal/vertical bandsaw, fraction to decimal - decimal to fraction rotary table, drill and tap hole.
• The ability to read and understand work instructions and sketches to include geometric symbols & tolerances.
• The ability to use basic measuring tools: Vernier, micrometer, height gage.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:30am - 4pm with the possibility of overtime.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years manual machine set up and operating experience.

Salary: $29-$35 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
