About the Role: We are looking for a Multi-Craft Technician Co-Op to join our team. In this role, you will partner with other shop associates to gain understanding of various types of equipment while completing repairs. This is a temporary role during the summer months; standard weekly schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.

This role will be located at our Elk Mills 1 facility in Elkton, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

• Miscellaneous work around the plant
• Preventive maintenance, rebuild pumps, etc.
• Assist other skilled trades associates
• Use Word, Power point, Excel and other software
• Work using a work order or directions from trainer

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a skilled trades program at a local school
• Entry level mechanical and machine shop skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other software
• Flexible to work overtime and off shifts as needed
• Ability to work within a team or independently
• Ability to work from a work order and follow directions
• Ability to work safely in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
