The TRG Growth Practice is currently searching for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our fast growth client on the East coast of VA. With this we are searching for a strong Manufacturing / Process Engineering professional looking to take their career to the next level. This role will help build and strengthen the organization, and we are looking for someone that can take on a larger role for them down the road with this growth.

The ideal candidate should have a proven background working in a manufacturing facility, helping to drive process and continuous improvement. This role will work with Quality and Operations to help improvement process flow throughout the plant. This role will work on time studies for the site, line balancing for production, and 5s/Lean Initiatives. In addition, this role will work in a Project Engineering capacity on equipment sourcing and production line improvements.

This role will be a critical one for the organization, and we are looking for engineers that are looking to drive and strengthen plant performance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering (A Must)

• Process Improvement in Manufacturing Environment

• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
