JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Team Leader Production

PURPOSE OF POSITION: .
As the Manufacturing Team Leader/Production, you will serve as a vital link between the Supervisor, Machinists, and Deburr. Your main objective is to complete customer orders or produce high-quality goods while managing your team to achieve optimal performance based on demand. This includes the allocation of resources to meet production and delivery deadlines while minimizing waste.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
• Ma nage workflow through the work center to ensure timely completion of customer orders and production of high-quality goods.
• Continuously improve operations by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Train and mentor new employees on work rules, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with work rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as a resource for employees on your team, providing guidance and support to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Supervisor in managing the flow of work through the production process.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Inside: 90% Outside: 10%
Temperature Conditions: Controlled -in Excess of 70-degrees - occasionally
