Seeking an Experienced Production Manager for a leading manufacturing in New Berlin.

You will be responsible for overseeing safety, quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

Delve into a pivotal role where your leadership skills will optimize production processes, streamline efficiency, and uphold safety standards. Reporting to the Plant Manager, your influence in setting goals, managing KPIs, and enforcing safety measures will be paramount to success. Lead the manufacturing area in safety, quality, and productivity.

Optimize production schedules and changeover activities.
Set goals, track performance, and instate process enhancements.
Mentor, coach, and guide direct reports for mutual success.
Implement data-driven strategies, countermeasures, and foster a culture of accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing management
Proven track record in process-focused manufacturing environments
Strong command of CI methodologies and supervisory expertise
Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of Microsoft Office tools
