Kwik Trip's Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager. In this role the individual will oversee and provide leadership for a team that supports the Marketing Automation Technology, Analytics Suite and other supporting tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Continues the development and reporting enhancements for the Kwik Rewards Program and Analytics Suite. Leverages data to provide insights and inform strategies for optimal campaign performance, increased leads, improve campaigns, and build databases that will enhance the established Loyalty program & Customer Relationship initiative, in both a business and technical capacity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides leadership for a team that supports Marketing Automation Technology, Analytics Suite, MarTech and other supporting tools with an emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Directs and builds out new, and refines existing, reporting dashboards to analyze key performance indicators, track marketing campaign performance across channels (including site, social, messaging, journeys, etc.) and share analytics with the team to empower faster learning and always-on testing
  • Oversees audience segmentation
  • Manages Market Research, Survey platform and Survey planning, as needed, to provide additional insights, guidance and customer feedback
  • Drives consumer-centric initiatives by working closely with various internal departments
  • Manages and owns Marketing Automation Technology, Data, Analytics Suite, MarTech and other supporting tools
  • Reviews best practices and keeps up with trends, works with IT and SI Partners to roadmap enhancements and leads implementations for new technology

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Management
  • 5 plus years of experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar Marketing technology
  • Thorough knowledge of reporting tools, including hands on experience with SQL, Excel, AS400, MicroStrategy or comparable enterprise toolsets
  • Excellent understanding of Excel
  • Proficient in the use of relational databases and query design
  • Understanding of Marketing and Loyalty related measurements including website, social media, print, television, radio and digital marketing analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Work Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekends and evening as necessary
