Position Summary

At Empower, the role of Marketing Campaign Coordinator is central to our mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve our patients' lives. This position is vital in ensuring that our marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly across multiple channels, engaging our patients, and enhancing our brand. As a key player in our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and coordinate the production of various marketing materials, directly contributing to our success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met.
  • Coordinates the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items, in collaboration with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provides insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintains campaign calendars, project plans, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Ensures all stakeholders are informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.
  • Supports the coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics planning, vendor management, and onsite support.
  • Assists in the development of marketing collateral and sales support materials, including presentations, brochures, and product sheets.
  • Stays informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field.
