The Marketing Content & Operations Intern position will assist the marketing team with building the Atlanta Dream brand through content creation, social media management, revenue generating activities and administrative duties. In this role, the Intern will provide key support to the day-to-day operations and execution of our content planning and creation, and the execution of special events and activations. In addition, this person will support the administrative tasks associated with content organization and filing.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understanding of social media trends and channels (Tiktok, X/Twitter, IG)
  • Develop an understanding of content evaluation and key performance metrics
  • Archive, log/tag and maintain photos for future use in content management system
  • Add social graphic templates into content management systems for in-game use
  • Assist with in-game social sharing across platforms and/or content capture:

- Export in-game highlights for live social sharing and post-game archive

- Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Comms teams on content deliverables across social, website and in-arena channels

-Shoot and edit video for features on Dream social media and website (interview spotlights, candid player moments, game recaps, etc.)
  • Assist with in-arena set up and production of Dream home games
  • Represent the Dream in the community at events/festivals
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be available to attend all Atlanta Dream home games. Games/events may take place on nights, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Always represent the Atlanta Dream in a professional manner in all areas of communication - written, verbal, in-person, etc.

This position is a full-time, non-exempt intern position from June 2024 through December 2024.
