The Atlanta Vibe, Atlanta's first professional volleyball team, is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our marketing department, helping with the monthly newsletter and themed game night activations.

Atlanta Vibe Pro Volleyball is Atlanta's premier professional volleyball team, competing in the Professional Volleyball Federation. The team embodies passion, teamwork, and dedication to the sport, aiming to showcase the best of Atlanta on the national stage.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at Atlanta Vibe Pro Volleyball. This role will assist the Atlanta Vibe with newsletter content and game day support, including theme night coordination and fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and curating content for the team's monthly newsletter, including player highlights, team updates, and upcoming event promotions.
• Support the marketing team with planning and executing themed game night activations, including giveaways, fan engagement activities, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the PR, social media, and game day operations teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Help create digital and print marketing materials for promoting events and initiatives.
• Engage with fans on-site during games and special events, assisting with promotional activities and driving excitement.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools, with strong interest in sports marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting marketing content.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for planning events and managing campaigns.
• Creativity to develop engaging ideas for fan engagement and event promotion.
• Interest in sports, especially volleyball, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site during games and events as needed.
