Marketing Intern (Summer 2025)

Internship Summary:

The Marketing Intern will work alongside the Marketing Team help share the Bowen story across multiple audiences and platforms and support Bowen teams with their marketing and communication needs. The Marketing Intern should be passionate about learning the Bowen brand and exploring new ways of telling our story to clients, partners, potential new employees, and current Bowen team members. Work assignments include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

• Expand photo library content and effectiveness through use of Google Photos
• Lead communication efforts and execute the Bowen Legacy Project - a project to capture stories of Bowen's history
• Post updates to our social media accounts
• Update CRM system (Salesforce) with marketing assets and generate reports
• Travel to project sites to capture stories through photos and videos
• Work alongside HR and IT interns to establish and manage an intern communication tool
• Assist with development of the Bowen Digest (weekly internal company communication)
• Update resumes, one-pagers, and other marketing assets
• Assist with owner and partner pre-qualifications as needed
• Take on additional marketing tasks or projects for other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Marketing or Business Bachelor's degree program; Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year of college preferred
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Attention to detail and design
• Ability to multitask and seek out solutions independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Marketing Internship position offers a wide, hands-on insight into the marketing functions of our company. The position offers access to and training in Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), as well as opportunity to grow in photography/videography skills. Interested students should be eager to learn and grow, possess humility, and work well within teams.
