NOTE: Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program at the start of the Internship in order to be considered. This position runs from May 2024 thru August 2024.

This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to support all aspects of Marketing within the division, which includes, but is not limited to, digital activities, downstream activities, upstream activities, and possible cross-functional support (international, reimbursement, sales operations). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world Marketing experience while making an impact.

Job Type

Location: Onsite at our Minnetonka, MN, office location
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (hours are flexible)

Essential Functions
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and blog posts.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web).
• Help with management and distribution of Marketing materials.
• Assist with logistics related to events the company is attending.
• Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Any other job responsibilities as assigned by management and subject to modification.

Education
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Sophomore year of college or above
• Must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Work Experience
• 1+ years of experience in a related field is a plus.
