Objective:
The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of logistics and supply chain while working closely with leaders from various departments within the organization. This internship is designed to provide exposure to different functions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to a defined project with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Exposure
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing functions within logistics and supply chain.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Learning:
  • Participate in weekly meetups with leaders across different departments (e.g., operations, engineering, transportation, product development, procurement).
  • Gain insights into the roles and responsibilities of each department, fostering a holistic understanding of the organization.
Defined Project
  • Work on a specific marketing project with a well-defined scope, objectives, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals and deliverables.
  • Final Presentation: build and present findings and accomplishments to CCO, VP Marketing and marketing team.
Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Content Creation
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Event Support (if active)
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
Collaboration and Networking
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to build professional relationships.
  • Attend industry events or webinars to expand knowledge and network within the logistics and supply chain space.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare regular progress reports on assigned projects.
  • Document key learnings and insights from cross-functional meetups.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on marketing, business, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
