Our client is looking for someone who will have to interact very closely with the field and handle all requests that come through, as well as direct the sales teams to the right resources. This will also include the development and delivery of weekly and monthly comms and maintaining teams content site. This person will also have to be capable of presenting monthly to sales leaders and communities, reviewing marketing programming and defining sales calls to action.
Responsibilites:
• Develop and implement an integrated end-to-end marketing plan aligned to targeted business outcomes for the FSI industry for US and CAN. They will collaborates with local teams including product marketing managers, communications and PR, sales, legal and compliance, finance, and business operations to establish the appropriate marketing plan. Again, with support from the rest of the team but they will be the main POC.
• Support the planning across a large team of two large industry conferences that will take place in Oct of 2024.
• Analyze marketing performance on a regular basis as part of our rhythm of the business.
• Maintain and review marketing-related spend against planned estimates and assists with any marketing budget or spend management.
• Responsible for landing the key tactics, in addition to events, which includes influencer and association marketing activities for US and CAN FSI.
Requirements:
• College Degree.
• 10+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Focused on B2B, needs someone working with sales organizations.

1. Minimum 10+years' experience with analyze marketing performance on a regular basis.
2. Minimum 10+ years' experience reviewing marketing-related spend against planned estimates and assists with any marketing budget or spend management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $57.86 to $64.29 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
