Step into the spotlight as Hana's Marketing Manager, where every day is a bold adventure. You'll be at the heart of our marketing magic, turning ideas into eye-catching campaigns and unforgettable events. Here, it's not just about showcasing our amazing cannabis selection-it's about sharing the Hana High, connecting deeply with our community, and making waves in the industry.

The details:
  • This is a full-time in-office role.
  • $50K/year or DOE.
  • We're looking for a rock star (you're really good).
  • Must be local or willing to relocate to the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
  • Creative Production: Design and produce compelling promotional materials, in-store displays, packaging, strain stickers, and deal graphics.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage our online presence, including website updates, blog content, social media engagement, and local SEO optimizations. Maintain our online catalog and oversee our affiliate and brand representative programs.
  • Campaign Management: Spearhead promotional messaging, event execution, and promotional troubleshooting. Execute daily SMS marketing and deal sheets.
  • Operational Marketing: Update store menus, communicate with budtenders, and manage resources for brand ambassadors. Keep a pulse on aging inventory and backstock reports.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and promotions. Utilize tools like Springbig, Sparkplug, and others to glean insights and drive decisions.
  • Community & Communication: Foster a strong community presence through event participation, social media interaction, and effective budtender communication. Curate content for our email newsletter and ensure swag is always ready for events.
  • Support & Coordination: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensure seamless event execution, and maintain an updated resources page for internal and external stakeholders.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Passionate about the cannabis industry and up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations.
Salary
$50K annually or DOE
