Position Title: Marketing Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Vice President

Salary: $70,000-$85,000/yr

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire company, with an emphasis on non-aerospace product lines. They will collaborate with our marketing firm to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Work together with our marketing firm to support all marketing efforts
• Lead market research efforts to understand the current customer/competitor environment and the viability of RMB's existing products/services
• Lead communication/coordination with media agencies
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and new products
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the success of RMB's marketing efforts
• Develop sales-related collateral material (digital and hard copy formats)
• Coordinate with the sales team to produce effective strategies for lead generation (digital outreach, web design, trade shows, and customer contacts)
• Manage budgets for marketing resources
• Work with senior team members to incorporate the right tone and message into RMB's marketing materials

Required Skills and Abilities

• Possess excellent analytical skills
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo
• Have experience with Google Analytics (highly desirable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of three years' experience in B2B marketing
