Marketing Manager, Paid Media and Social
This role will assist and lead initiatives that surround planning, execution, management, and reporting of our multi-channel paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Website, Meta and TikTok). This role will serve as a strategist, coordinating new social commerce opportunities and initiatives on these platforms. This role partners with the Social Media & Influencer Manager to help source influencers that align with paid media campaigns, and provide input on influencer marketing programs as needed (e.g. Go-to-Market Influencer Launch Party).

Job Responsibilities
Establishes paid social and affiliate marketing strategy that supports D2C conversion (e.g. launch, promotions and paid media/influencer campaigns). This person will apply their experience in UGC and as a Influencer to paid media programs.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Meta Business/Instagram and TIkTok including the platform retail shop(s).
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies for go-to-market activation and paid social. - Serve as the point person for affiliate marketing relationships.
- Create cohesive story telling for content creation across paid media. Partner to ensure alignment of this message across social content including UGC/influencers and brand assets.
- Assist with content creation, editing, and/or sourcing of content for paid media, brand assets, UGC or other sources deemed appropriate.
- Ad-hoc marketing and social media responsibilities as required from the business to achieve goals and business results.

Overarching Responsibilities
- Create a overarching paid social programs.
- Assist with Influencer Brand Launch campaign and in-person event.
- Create quarterly social media engagement plans.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Meta Business and TikTok.
- Interact with contacts at existing agencies (Creative, Events, E-Commerce, and PR).

Required Qualifications
- LGBTQ+ Friendly
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business and TikTok.
- Experience with paid media on Instagram and/or TikTok.
- At least 5 years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics, trends, social media and story telling - Be a natural community builder
- Experience in community building and influencer campaign management - Strong collaborator and does not take offense to critique of ones work. Have thick skin. - Strong digital/creator skills
- Strong analytical skills in assessing ROI for impact of efforts

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
