Marketing Manager - Video Channels, AWS Developer Experience

Amazon is seeking a talented, self-directed Marketing Manager to generate developer awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services' (AWS) cloud computing platform by growing our AWS Video channels. This job is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
The Marketing Manager - video channels will lead the digital marketing strategies to increase awareness of our video channels (e.g, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter) for technical audiences. In this role, you will be the point-of-contact within the growth marketing organization for campaign design and launch, influencer partnerships, strategies, and execution, digital marketing agency engagement. This individual will partner with the video strategy team, content, communications, UX, and tech teams to prioritize multichannel demand generation capabilities, marketing initiatives, and serve as subject matter expert on video channels demand generation strategy.
Key job responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and support execution of video marketing campaigns to target priority segments and technical personas including but not limited to: influencer partnerships and campaigns, event sponsorships and activations, and re-targeting campaigns.
* Create necessary messaging, assets, and campaign deliverables as needed to support awareness/ adoption campaigns and address customer challenges
* Develop new processes, playbooks, toolkits, best practices and/or formats to address business needs and increase output
* Stakeholder management through prioritization, regular communication, and deadline-based planning
* Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness and ROI ,and drive continuous improvement to increase program quality
* Localize and execute global marketing programs and campaigns working closely with field marketing, video teams and service leads to ensure alignment on marketing programs' landing and execution.
* Measure marketing programs, content and investment impact on developer' experience. Report on the effectiveness of program marketing activities in weekly and quarterly business reviews at the global level.
* Coordinate localized developer-specific messages and video content by region in alignment with other marketing and services units.
* Be the Point of contact of developer video channel nurture programs. Work with internal teams to build nurture campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience managing marketing campaigns with technical audiences (developers, IT pros)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
