Our global technology client is looking for a Marketing Manager/Influencer Content Manager. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic and collaborative individual who understands both the creative and operational aspects of working with content creators and agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive marketing programs to build the Payments brand awareness and adoption, including providing direct sales team with collateral and tools.
  • Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on Amazon.com and AmazonPayments.com as well as seller and solution provider websites.
  • Create collateral and sales tools for direct sales team and events.
  • Create marketing content for personal and business sections of website, collaborating with designer on layout and graphics.
  • - Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with Creators:
  • Proven experience working with micro and nano creators, particularly within Gen-Z content development.
  • Knowledge of the unique dynamics and trends within the creator economy, specifically in the mid-tier Gen-Z influencer space.

Content Development & Management:
  • Strong experience in owning the content development process end-to-end, including briefing, managing content production, and collaborating with external partners such as agencies.
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creator content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Skilled at overseeing content used on paid social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with an understanding of optimizing performance for each.

Agency and Stakeholder Management:
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with agencies that handle a league of creators, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple content streams, campaigns, and deliverables concurrently.

Public Relations & Campaign Performance:
  • Familiarity with public-facing content management, with experience reviewing and optimizing content for visibility and engagement.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Adaptable, creative, and attuned to emerging trends in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role focused on creator management, influencer marketing, or content development.
  • Hands-on experience working with agencies or production teams.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and performance metrics analysis.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.16 to $44.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
