Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager that will contribute to the client's success in maintaining our existing digital asset management platform while also supporting the implementation of future digital asset management technology. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the technology supports business needs, meets user requirements and is effective in the organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets.

Job Description:
• This role will report directly to the hiring manager on the Creative Operations team. The Creative Operations team, which is part of the Retail North America team, oversees the innovation and operationalization of creative work in North America.
• The role sits within a team focused on North America, but the technology and processes must be designed and implemented with Global users in mind.
• This role focuses on supporting the planning and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets while also supporting current tool and business needs outside of Adobe, including the management of the existing digital asset management program.
• Participate in weekly AEM Implementation core team meetings, activities and working sessions.
• Develop business process documentation for existing and new business processes related to platform utilization, asset management and lifecycle, operating procedures, governance and more.
• Support the asset and user migration, including but not limited to data mapping, quality assurance and user access organization, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Support prioritization, planning, testing, and implementation of AEM Assets.
• Support onboarding and operationalization of AEM Assets, including change management activities.
• Participate in content supply chain conversations to understand and assist future workflows that support or are supported by AEM Assets.

Candidate: Requirements:
• 3+ years of digital asset management experience; Adobe experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management and business implementation of software solutions is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience working in complex organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; enthusiasm and ability to work through unique and demanding business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40.00 to $44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
