As an In House Marketing Representative you would be responsible for working the marketing desk in the lobby and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers staying on property by distributing approved promotional information and incentives that meet eligible qualifications.

What will I be doing?

At the marketing desk you would provide customer/marketing services to all guests projecting a professional company image. After the guests check in you will conduct in room calls to owners, renters and exchanges to book them on a presentation if they were not collected at face to face at check in. You will be responsible for selling vacation packages to qualified guests.

  • Responsible for personal performance metrics.
  • Meet or go above and beyond for marketing metrics.
  • Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour.
  • Champion Hilton quality customer care culture throughout all Marketing channels.
  • Secure future business through face-to-face POS package sales.
  • Distribute only HGV authorized information, collateral, and materials.
  • Maintain location operating standards.
  • Follow gifting procedures.
  • Support guest and concierge service
  • Assist with tour or marketing related issues.
  • Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate
  • Responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being delivered.

  • Available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
  • Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
  • Requires Intermediate Microsoft Office & Operating system knowledge.
  • Engaging personality, positive attitude, and ability to work in fast pace environment.
  • Excellent communication required.
  • Must be able to work flexible work schedules as needed to complete projects.
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities and duties.
  • Requires alertness and attention to detail in projects.
  • Requires Intermediate knowledge and ability to Operate in Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System, iPad, and Mac OS
