Marketing Research Coordinator

Jefferson Enterprise consists of three business verticals: Jefferson Health (our clinical arm), Thomas Jefferson University (our academic arm), and Jefferson Health Plans (our insurance arm).

The enterprise's Consumer Market Research team conducts primary research to support strategic marketing and advertising decisions within these business units as well as for the entire enterprise.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional to join our market research team. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to understand and effectively communicate consumer insights, market dynamics, and growth drivers. Our work group is rapidly expanding and may provide opportunities for the right candidate to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a full portfolio of quantitative and qualitative studies into consumers, competitors, and markets
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other deliverables based on custom data
• Review data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphs
• Perform standard and custom data pulls and report basic findings
• Maintain databases and documentation as needed
• Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Market Research, Business, Anthropology, or Sociology.

• Passion for statistical research and analysis

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintains skill levels in technology tools required to perform job requirements

Conditions of Employment

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
