Business Analyst I

Pay rate range: $33/hr. to $35/hr. on w2.

Position:
Key responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze research scope, define project needs
Design research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
Take ownership for end-to-end project execution from scoping and intake to data and delivery
Supports programming, QA, sample and data collection, and delivery across multiple countries and languages

Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterates the mechanisms as needed
Coordination and completion of impactful projects in agreed timelines
Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends a strategy for streamlining
Independently or under the manager's supervision make high judgment calls on ambiguous issues
• Partner with colleagues, manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross-team and external partners

Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management)
Experience in designing and programming surveys
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Meets/exceeds leadership principles requirements for this role
Meets/exceeds functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus
Hands-on experience with Qualtrics is a plus
