We're seeking a self-motivated, data-driven and tech savvy marketing professional to drive multiple projects forward. This person will lead efforts as needed and be a creative contributor with strong analytical skills. Strong attention to details and a desire to collaborate interdepartmentally with our team will lead to your success!

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead sales marketing activities by partnering with sales and business development team members driving new business opportunities and supporting company growth. Support sales team with marketing materials, research, lead generation strategies, campaigns, and tradeshows per vertical market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.

• Support lead generation strategies per vertical market
• Partner with sales team members and third party vendors to execute, maintain, and measure digital marketing / advertising opportunities including online trade directories, SEO, SEM, tradeshows and social media advertising.
• Monitor and maintain new business inquiries and hand off to sales team within CRM along with creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
• Help set, monitor and report out on KPI's
• Own the content creation for all sales related materials, whether produced in-house or via agency vendors, including presentations, brochures, digital and web content
• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Plan, lead and execute tradeshows working with multiple external vendors
• Support market research and strategy planning for existing and new markets
• Order and maintain branded promotional items and gifts for customer visits and tradeshows
• Assist with sales related communications topics as it relates to the overall company communications topic plan
• Assist with overall marketing budget
• May assist the marketing and communications team with other projects such as company brand communications, press related events and employer branding related activities.

Schedule: This position is overtime-exempt and will primarily workeight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Hours may be 8 - 5 or similar. May also work or travel nights or weekends for events, training, special projects, customer visits.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media Production, Communications, Journalism or similar and/or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Five or more years' related experience. Experience should include:
• Target audience segmentation, messaging and brand communications guidelines
• Email Marketing, Social Advertising, CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO and SEM
• CRM (SalesForce preferred), analytics and reporting
• Presentation and computer skills / PC / Microsoft Office
• Deadline-driven and experience with project planning and project management
• Detail-oriented and strong organization skills, including time management
• Willing to live within a commutable distance of Shelbyville, KY and work onsite or hybrid schedule after training is completed.
• Able to travel domestically - up to 10% of the time. Must possess valid driver's license (insurable with good driving record). Possible international travel once per year.
• US Person as defined by ITAR / EAR

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Content creation such as graphic design, media production, photography, photo editing, video production, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premier)
