POSITION PURPOSE: Market new technologies, develop and implement commercialization strategies, support entrepreneurial and economic development efforts. Duties include organizing and facilitating competitions, programs and events; training and educating staff on regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, intellectual property, commercialization and other functions of technology transfer; acting as liaison for government agencies and community; assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans; research and development of marketing materials; securing meeting facilities, organizing and leading tours; office support including filing, making travel reservations, coordinating meetings, creating correspondence, maintaining calendar and scheduling appointments; collection of data and preparation of reports; and other duties as assigned.

- high level of proficiency with computer systems and common applications;
