POSITION SUMMARY

Ardent Health is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic consumer team. You will play a key role in supporting all our markets and their consumer engagement efforts.

Day-to-day operations will include complex project management, creation of compelling written and visual content for various digital and print channels, including social media, website, internal communications, brochures, and other correspondence, and support of special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit compelling written and visual content for various channels, including social media, websites, internal communications, brochures and other marketing materials
  • Contribute ideas and assist with the development of enterprise-level content marketing strategies for specified consumer engagement campaigns
  • Manage enterprise projects collaborating with local marcom teams to improve efficiency on projects like physician onboarding, innovation launches, location opening support, toolkits, etc
  • Collaborate with local marcomm leaders to write and edit internal and external communications
  • Coordinate marketing and communication projects, promo items and events with multiple stakeholders including internal clients, graphic and web designers, other consumer team members and vendors
  • Ensure patient confidentiality in all aspects of job performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking assignments and meeting deadlines
  • Takes ownership of assignments

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, mass media, journalism, marketing and/or related degree
  • Three to five years in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field
  • Previous health care experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in AP Style and Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
