To thrive , you should have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mastercam Programming; 10+ years would be highly preferred.
- Ability to use the latest version of Mastercam software
- Experience with SolidWorks and GD&T fundamentals
- 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred
- Completion certification of Mastercam training course preferred
Your responsibilities as the Mastercam Programmer will utilize your skills and talents to perform the following successfully:
- Program complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines using Mastercam.
- Optimize tool paths for efficiency and precision.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure all programs meet ITAR and AS9100 standards.
- Continuously improve processes for superior output quality.
