Master's Level Clinician - Partial Hospitalization Program

Responsibilities

HRI Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator for the Stride Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a Monday through Friday salaried position. This position is eligible for a competitive sign on bonus.

The Stride Program at HRI Hospital offers both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Services provide short-term care through a group therapy program which addresses the mental health needs of emerging adults between the ages of 18 and 24. Common issues include, but are not limited to, struggling with adjusting to adulthood, low tolerance for stress, mood instability, anxiety, depression, effects from trauma, low self-esteem, and co-occurring addictions. The group therapy curriculum includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. Participants attend group therapy sessions, meet with a clinician for individualized counseling and case management needs, and a psychiatric prescriber for medication management.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Lead therapy groups
• Document clients' treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management
• Provide clinical support and observation of clinical interns

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's Degree in counseling, social work or related field
• At least 1-2 years in clinical coordinating role - preferably in PHP or IOP, outpatient counseling, inpatient care coordination, and/or experience in working with the emerging adult population
• Preferred LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC and experience in substance use counseling
