Your Role:

As a Material Handler 2 in St. Louis, MO you will receive and store purchased, and inter-company transferred goods. Pick, pack, ship, and distribute goods with required documentation and accuracy to meet company needs. Participate in physical inventories of warehouse, issue and deliver goods to manufacturing. The material handler will perform manual and routine duties in one or more of the following areas: Shipping/receiving of materials and supplies and inventory control. Will pick and pack items for outbound shipments with an emphasis on detail. Handle all incoming material storing at the correct temperature per protocol. Inspect and compare with packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders discrete jobs, variances, MRA's and/or related documentation. Report discrepancies or damaged goods. Document and label materials according to procedure. Utilize all department tools as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

This posting is for an A-shift role (8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri) and may include overtime.

Physical Attributes:
  • Lifting, pulling, tugging up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing for an 8-hour shift
  • Using PPE
  • Utilize close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus


Who You are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Associates degree or vocational tech training
  • Basic use of pallet jacks
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Understanding of safe work practices
  • Familiarity basic computer skills/Microsoft Office Software
  • Interpersonal and teamwork involvement
