Job Summary

****This position is an days and midnight split, with every other weekend off. ****

Under general supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, performs material handler duties which include, but are not limited to, receiving and stocking incoming freight.

• Delivers freight throughout facility and obtains proper authorization.
• Operates manual and power material handling equipment.
• Ensures accuracy between freight packaging slips and purchase orders. Fills requisitions from storerooms and keeps storerooms in an orderly condition.

Qualifications:

1 Ability to read, write, follow written and oral instructions and perform general clerical functions related to the job.

2. Previous experience with supplies used in a health care environment.

3.Needs to have experience with computer.

4.One to three month on-the-job training.
