Education Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Required:
1-2 years' experience in FDA regulated packaging environment desired.

Various Packaging Equipment's HMI Screen Navigation
Knowledge, Licenses:
Tablet/Capsule Filler, Cottoned, Capper, Desiccant Inserter,
Certifications required
Checkweigher, Labeler, Case Former, Pallet Jack.
Able to assist Packaging Technician during packaging line change over.
Capable of persevering, extended hours.
Able to perform basic math functions associated with Packaging Order completion and knowledge of aggregation process on the packaging lines
Able to respond to equipment alarms faults and error messages, to assess potential product impact.
Able to work in a safe manner and comply with EHS PPE requirements.
Physical Demand Requirement
Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Able to work at elevation with appropriate safety gear Able to stand for â 6 hr / shift
Position Summary /Objective:
Able to operate various packaging line equipment and perform material handling responsibilities.
Essential Duties / Functions
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment; follows established safety and PPE standards and supports safe behaviors.
Execute Packaging in accordance with approved documentation.
Respond to alarms in accordance with approved SOP's during packaging operation.
Perform Packaging Equipment, Change Parts and Line Cleaning processes.
Fill out room/equipment logbooks.
Perform cleanliness verification/line clearance on packaging equipment and packaging line.
Maintain area orderly and clean during packaging operation.
Stage/transfer required packaging material and bulk product.
Perform check/verification of packaging components/bulk product in the packaging batch record/protocols as required.
Performs check/verification and required documentation in the packaging batch record/protocols as required.
Stack Finished Goods cases on a pallet, Shrink-wrap the finished goods pallet and transfer the pallet to warehouse.
Provides packaging components and bulk product to various packaging equipment.
Take out all unused/discarded material to warehouse/recycling area.
Able to operate palletizer/Pallet Jack.
Complies with company policies/SOPs/cGMP/DEA/OSHA/EHS requirements.
Communicate with other team members when issues arise.
Effective verbal skills, imparts urgency with Quality, team player, able to identify -improvement opportunities in given processes / procedures.
Ability to train other Material Handlers/ Packaging Operators.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
