What You’ll Do

Performs the physical and / or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Performs a variety of coordinating, routing and material handling duties. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. Emphasis on material coordination.
  • Check incoming deliveries: Load and unload packages
  • Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes etc.
  • Receive and check incoming pick tickets
  • Pull material to fulfill orders properly
  • Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery
  • Document orders, materials and any stock movements


What You Will Bring

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to read/understand/interpret basic correspondence, instructions, rules, procedures in English language
  • Ability to make decisions and judgements based on reasoning
  • Familiarity with RF devices is a plus
  • License to operate forklifts a plus
  • Dexterity and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
