How You'll Perform the Role

• Relocates finished products to designate area.
• Works closely with process supervisor and assistant production supervisor to coordinate with restocking of raw materials to each production line.
• Works behind production line to make sure product continually flows to the lines.
• Changes materials for production lines according to BOM (bill of material).
• Clears scrap from lines, bales scrap, etc.
• Maintains filters and clean work area.
• Ensures resin pumps are working properly.
• Safely operates all material handling equipment including forklifts and/or pallet movers.
• Interacts with machine operators on a daily basis in order to be able to anticipate any needs that they may have
• Develops, revises, and reviews documentation for all materials related activities
• Weighs pallets and scrap when applicable.

What We Need From You

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
